Q: I am already an MI member. Do I still need to purchase a new OKTO Card?

A: NO. You just need to surrender your old Pondo card in order to claim your new OKTO card without charge.

Q: Is it possible to still get my new OKTO card without surrendering my old Pondo Card?

A: YES. You may instead opt to purchase a new card, if you decide to keep your old Pondo card.

Q: I still have load in my Pondo card. Will these be transferred to my new OKTO card?

A: YES. The option to transfer your existing regular load will be available at the counter.

Q: How about my remaining points? Can I transfer these points to my new card?

A: YES. Starting September 10, you will be able to migrate your points to your new card by going through the Account Migration process in our website, MINESKIINFINITY.COM. Watch out for further details from us.

Q: I am already a Gold/Platinum/Infinity member. Will my membership tier also be carried over once I migrate my old account into the OKTO card?

A: YES. Your membership tier will be migrated alongside your points (lifetime and current) once you finish the Account Migration process in our website, MINESKIINFINITY.COM.

Q: I have multiple old Pondo cards with points. Can I surrender all of them and migrate all their points into one OKTO card?

A: NO. Card Replacement and Account Migration are both 1:1 processes. However, you still have the option to have all your Pondo cards replaced with one OKTO card each. We encourage you to stick to one card though, in order for you to maximize earning of points and unlock more and more benefits.

Q: I lost my Pondo Card, how can I migrate the points?

A:
a) If you know your lost Pondo card credentials, you may migrate your points via MI website.

b) If you don’t know your lost Pondo card credentials, you may ask for assistance through [email protected]

Q. The load on my OKTO account gets deducted easily, my PC time is not even up yet. Why does my account load get deducted very easily?

This might be because of the charging mechanic. The base rate is P5 per 15 minutes. If you logged in a PC and changed PC stations before 15 minutes, you will be deducted P5 again for logging in a new station.

Q. What are the new features OKTO has that the old system doesn’t?

With our OKTO system, customers can earn points faster as points are now earned by how long you have been playing. You can also earn points by buying food or eload. OKTO also provides the convenience of being able to order from your seat!

Q. How can I edit or change my email address?

You can still edit your credentials once you login to our site and go to the “My profile” tab. Make sure to click the “EDIT MY CREDENTIALS” button once finished.

Q. The MINESKI INFINITY branch that I go to still has not have the OKTO system yet. How soon can we expect our branch to have the new system?

We are very much on our way to switch all our branches to OKTO. Stay tuned as we bring you a better gaming experience!
